The Enrolment Roadmap
At Creative Cove, we’ve designed our registration process to be straightforward while ensuring we can properly assess each family’s needs and alignment with our educational philosophy. Our process for the 2026 intake follows these essential steps:
Expression of Interest
Your journey begins when you submit an initial inquiry via our online form, a phone call, or an in-person visit. This non-binding step simply places your family on our communication list to receive key registration updates.
Center Visit and Orientation
Families are invited to visit our campus to experience our learning environment firsthand. During these sessions, we will explain our curriculum approach and vision.
Application Submission
Following your orientation, interested families submit a formal application form along with all required documentation.
Application Review & Trial Days
Our enrollment team carefully reviews all incoming applications to ensure a great fit. Following the review, we will propose two trial days to observe your child in our environment and finalize the application.
Offer of Placement
Successful applicants receive an offer of placement, which must be accepted within a specified timeframe by paying the registration fee.
Waitlist Placement
When enrollment capacity is reached, eligible applications are placed on a waitlist for potential openings.
